let me reflect

I am a poet who has written many pieces on being balanced and healing, including 2 books “empowering poems” and “my friend’s funk” which was proposed to me by a psychologist. I have worked in Ekphrastic Poetry for years. More recently I have merged my photographs and poetic works, usually in Haikus, 6-word poems or short poetic flows. In this piece “let me reflect” I have included the whole poem. In a fight for continued sanity one must reflect upon the strength it takes to get to that place where the soul is at ease.
