In Tandem

My work explores how movement brings a sense of freedom and aligns us to the present moment. Movement is the opposite of stagnation which is one of the main catalysts for depression. With a background as a professional contemporary dancer, my creative process comes from my desire to express the human form in relation to one another and the environment.
